Westman Atelier sought to enhance their site’s user experience and fix performance issues. We revamped the the entire site experience as well as post-purchase integration. New dynamic landing pages showcased the brand's campaigns, clean ingredients, and sustainability efforts. To boost engagement and create a space for storytelling, they introduced a blog series, added customer reviews, and launched live chat for personalized advice from makeup experts.
Aiming to convey a personalized experience for customers unable to visit stores, the brand adapted by shifting staff to online support. This allows sales associates to directly assist customers and replicate the in-store experience. Despite department store closures and production delays, the brand's quick pivot and resourceful strategies enabled continued rapid growth.
We built a Shopify 2.0 custom experience tailored to a global audience. This upgrade not only provided access to Shopify's latest technology but also focused on creating a top-tier front-end experience centered on brand exploration and product education, optimized for conversion.
